OREANDA-NEWS. On June 02, 2008 the jury declared 13-years old Yulia Krasnorutskaya from Birutch, Belgorod region as the winner of all-Russian competition "Post in family circle". Her drawing will be depicted on the art envelope for sale in post offices throughout the country, reported the press-centre of Russian Post.

The competition arranged by FSUE Russian Post jointly with Marka Trade and Publishing House came to end, it was held from 1st of April till 1st of June this year in all the branches of Russian Post.

The regional stage of the competition chose 661 works sent from 73 regions. The jury chose the winner of the competition in three following categories: children, junior and youth. They also fixed one prime winner.

The envelope with drawing of the winner will be published and issued 1 mln items. It will be available in post offices by 1st September this year.
