OREANDA-NEWS. On 04 June 2008 was announced, that “SMART MONEY” analytical business weekly (as of May 19, 2008) analyzed several aspects of work of large-scale Russian companies with private investors. As a result the rating of the most open-type companies was composed, comprising 40 enterprises of different line of activity. “Sibirtelecom” OJSC occupies the 6th position in the list. Among the top three are: “Rostelecom”, “Rosneft” and RAO “ES of Russia”.

At the same time, “Strategies for success” business magazine (May 2008) composed the rating of 25 top chief financial officers of Novosibirsk. Deputy General Director, Director on economics and finances of “Sibirtelecom” OJSC Mr. Nikolai Rybakov holds the 4th position. The first one belongs to chief financial officer of “Belon” company. The following aspects were taken into account while carrying out the said analysis: financial indices of Siberian companies, namely: receipts and net income in 2007, dynamics of receipts and net income if compared with the previous year period, production profitability, volume of bills payable.
