OREANDA-NEWS.  May 30, 2008. Energy Consulting/Integration entered into a partnership agreement with Westbury, a worldwide supplier of software and other services related to the service management optimization based upon the HP ITSM platform, reported the press-centre of Energy Consulting.

Westbury is a partner of Hewlett-Packard; it offers a number of complementary solutions which expand the possibilities of the products of HP Service Desk, Service Center and Service Manager.

The specialists of Energy Consulting/Integration are involved in active cooperation with the Hewlett-Packard specialists during the implementation of IT management process automation projects, and are offering effective solutions based on HP Software products and also HP partners’ products for their customers. Westbury solutions include software products used for the IT efficiency estimate, end-user servicing quality improvement for organizations using Hewlett-Packard solutions as automation tools for IT processes.
