OREANDA-NEWS. May 30, 2008. The annual shareholders’ meeting of the Closed Joint-Stock Company ZAO "St Petersburg Stock Exchange" approved BALT-AUDIT-EXPERT as an accounting auditor for the Russian Accounting Standards in 2008 year, reported the press-centre of BALT-AUDIT-EXPERT.

BALT-AUDIT-EXPERT has been the auditor of the Closed Joint-Stock Company ZAO “SPVB” for more than 10 years. As the First Deputy Director General of BAE, Larisa Antonenko, notes, St Petersburg Stock Exchange is one of the best customers of the company.

Larisa Antonenko also spoke on the audit results of the accounting of ZAO “SPVB” for 2007 year on the annual shareholders’ meeting, which resulted in the issue of the irrevocable positive audit report dated 27.03.2008, for the company.
