OREANDA-NEWS. June 3, 2008. Prime Minister of Russia Vladimir Putin has appointed former vice president of Atomstroyexport Vladimir Azbukin as deputy energy minister of Russia, reports the press service of the Government of Russia.

In Atomstroyexport, a company implementing inter-governmental contracts for the construction of nuclear power plants abroad, Azbukin was the deputy of Sergey Shmatko, who is presently Energy Minister of Russia.
