OREANDA-NEWS. June 3, 2008. The reporting elective assembly of Siberian Interregional Association of Insurers (SIAI) was held on May 29 in Novosibirsk. The records about the work of Association management and estimates in 2006-2007 were presented, as well as the approved estimates for the next two years.

One of the issues on the agenda was the election of the Board of the association. Among the board members the Director of Central office of OJSC "Transsiberian Reinsurance Corporation" Alexander Pyanyh was elected. Representatives of "Transsiberian Re" are part of the SIAI government since 2004.

Siberian Interregional Association of Insurers is one of the oldest professional associations in the insurance market not only in Siberia, but in whole Russia. "Transsib Re" began cooperating with SIAI almost immediately after the creation of association in 1994.
