OREANDA-NEWS. On 03 June 2008 was announced, that in Federal Agency for Management of Special Economic Zones was held an expert council under the competitive commission for selection of applications for creation of port special economic zones a regular session.

Under the chairmanship of president of the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation V. Mau a session of the expert council under the competitive commission for selection of applications for creation of port special economic zones was held.

The expert council included representatives of State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation, Vnesheconombank, Federal Customs Service, State Fishery Committee, Joint-Stock Company “RZD”, Federal Energy Agency, Rosaviatsia and state institutions, realizing state policy in transport sector.

At the session were discussed problems of setting-up of total windowed estimates on participating in applications competition on the basis of submitted the expert judgments.
