On 03 June 2008 the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic informed commercial banks that on the NBKR official website, in the section Normative Acts/Drafts for Discussion, drafts of amendments and supplements to the Regulation "On Minimum Requirements to the Arrangement of Internal Control in Commercial Banks and Other Financial and Crediting Institutions Licensed by the NBKR to Counteract Financing Terrorism and Legalizing (laundering) Criminally Obtained Incomes" (NBKR Board Resolution No.26/1 of May 15, 2007) as well as to the Provisional Guidelines for Deposit Operations (NBKR Board Resolution No. 4/4 of February 19, 2003) have been placed for public discussion.

Commercial banks may submit their suggestions and comments on the given draft normative and legal acts by e-mail: aatyshova@nbkr.kg no later than June 10, 2008.
