OREANDA-NEWS. On 03 June 2008 was announced, that the Crocus Expo International Exhibition Centre alongside with other the largest exhibition companies will participate in the International Forum of Exhibition Industry 5pEXPO which will run June 16 through 18, 2008 at the Expocentr.

The forum 5pEXPO is held aiming to promote integration of the international exhibition business, enhance the range of services and their quality, raise exhibition operators' awareness of the current state of the global exhibition industry and its development prospects.

The Crocus Expo International Exhibition Centre will be presented at the exhibition by an exclusive design stand comprising 70 sq m of exhibit space (Stand № 73В80, Hall №3, Pavilion №7).

According to the name and concept of the event Crocus Expo IEC will present at the forum five components of its success as organizers of the event put it 5p of business success:

- place (fairground and congress centers) - Crocus Expo International Exhibition Centre will present at the exhibition 5pEXPO new opportunities of the fairgrounds especially the opening of the Crocus Congress Centre taken into consideration. Principal business targets aiming to develop the infrastructure (a hotel construction, commissioning of a metro station in the territory of the venue, traffic interchanges construction) will be shown.

- product (offers in the exhibition market) - Crocus Expo International Exhibition Centre will present its offers exhibit space rent in the most modern and spacious pavilions totaling about 550 000 sq m including all appropriate services and infrastructure (advertising services, trade areas, service centres, press centre, parking lots, transportation and transfer, cafes and restaurants, conference halls and meeting rooms etc). What's more a stand building company BuildExpo City and Prestige Design advertising and production company form part of the Group of Companies CROCUS INTERNATIONAL. Thus offers on design and construction of exhibition standard and designed stands, broadside printing and polygraph services will be also exhibited. It means that consumers will be provided full range of exhibition-related services.

- price (participation cost) - portfolio of exhibit space rent rates and participation cost for the own fairs including special price programs and exhibit space rent rates for guest events will be offered by the Crocus Expo IEC to the specialists at the exhibition 5pEXPO.

- promotion (promotion of exhibitions and fairs) - together with the demonstration of venue opportunities Crocus Expo will also exhibit as an organizer of trade fairs. New exhibition launches scheduled for 2008 and 2009 will be presented by the Crocus Expo team. The subjects of pilot projects is diverse. In particular non-stop presentation of exhibition projects will be arranged June 17 at the Crocus Expo IEC stand: exhibition Stone and Ceramics, show of boats and yachts Autumn Regatta, the autumn edition of the exhibition of jewelry and arts & crafts Golden Globe, the forum ForrestExpo, the autumn edition of the exhibition Landscape Architecture. The Coffee Break will be held on the first day of the forum June 16, 2008 at 01:00 p.m. in the business zone at the Crocus Expo IEC stand.
