On May 29, 2008 MAG JSC (Almaty), a listing company of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with a copy of the certificate of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial market and Financial Organizations (AFS) on state registration of the first issue of bonds of the company of May 13, 2008, reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to the provided certificate of AFS the volume of the bonds issue equals to KZT3,250,000,000.00 at KZT1,000.0 security nominal value. The issue has been divided into 3,250,000 coupon unsecured bonds, which were assigned a national identification number (NIN) KZ2C0Y05C135. The issue is registered in the State share register under number C13.

The certificate was substituted due to change of bonds circulation term. The former NIN of bonds of MAG JSC is KZ2C0Y03C130.
