It is impossible to finance the defaulter further: means are necessary for high-grade realization of the repair program in Ekaterinburg and Sverdlovsk territory and preparation for a cold season 2008-2009. All attempts " Sverdlovteplosbit ", JSC " TGC-9 " branch experts hold a meeting with the purpose of scheduling of debts repayment haven't any results. The management of " PCMF HUI " doesn't want to take part in negotiations. Now concerning the chronic debtor claim-releated work is conducted.

In Kamensk Uralsk, where debts of consumers are 267 million roubles (JSC " Kamenskaya municipal company "), the problem is gradually solved. As a result of bilateral negotiations the agreement on re-structuring debts is prepared. Consumer undertakes to bring 166 million till October 1, 2008, other money will be paid later, according to the detailed schedule of the payment following stages.
