OREANDA-NEWS. May 30, 2008. Today, the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting took a decision to pass dividends in the amount of RUB 17.18 per share.

The total sum to be paid as dividends will equal 35% of the Company’s net profit according to RAS, which makes RUB 197,570,000. Currently, the number of OAO Belon's shares in circulation is 11,500,000. The dividends will be passed by July 1, 2008.

In addition, pursuant to the resolutions of the Shareholders’ Meeting, new members of the Board of Directors of OAO Belon were elected, and the Company’s restated Articles of Association and the Statute on the Board of Directors were approved.
