On May 27, 2008 by the decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Board of June 6, 2008, BCC Invest JSC - Subsidiary of Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty) released from fulfillment of the market-maker obligations on KASE on common KZ1C36110019 (EXBN) and preferred KZ1P36110115 (EXBNp) shares of Eximbank Kazakhstan JSC (Almaty), being traded in the KASE category "A" official list, reported the press-centre of KASE.

This decision was made in compliance with item 16 of article 5 of the KASE internal document Rules of Market-Makers Activities based on the market-maker's application.
