OREANDA-NEWS. On 30 May 2008 was announced, that till the end of the year, the decision on additional issue of Irkutskenergo Company shares will be accepted. This was reported by General Director of EvroSibEnergo - ex-General Director of Irkutskenergo Sergey Emdin at a briefing on Friday. He said that now additional issue of shares is coordinated on the federal level. According to his words, the funds to be received are supposed to be directed to realization of the Company investment program.

As to the issue of bonds of the power company, S. Emdin reported that everything is ready and the company is waiting for a favorable market environment. The top manager noted that now there is no need in issuing.
