OREANDA-NEWS. May 29, 2008. As of May, 2007 RODOVID BANK began to serve the Fund of housing finance and grant the mortgage loans on real estate purchase at the primary market in Zaporizhya. Building project is "Lermontovo" residential compound that is located at the following address: Zaporizhya, Volgogradskaya street, 26a (city center). Building owner is "Admin" LTD.

According to Yuriy Yastrebov, the Head of Zaporizhya Regional Management of RODOVID BANK, this program is effective and essential innovation, because the Bank has no experience yet on work with real estate at primary market.

The interest rates on mortgage loans make form 12% in UAD and from 14% in UAH. The term of loaning – from 5 to 20 years.

The building of "Lermontovo" residential compound will be finished in December, 2008. Total amount of apartments is 142. Accommodation area is from 78 square meters.
