OREANDA-NEWS. On 29 May 2008 was announced, that a business centre with the area of more than a million square metres is to be built in the territory of Myakininskaya bottomland in Krasnogorsk near Moscow by 2012.

The relevant decree was approved by the government of the Moscow region on May 27.

“The development plan of Myakininskaya bottomland in the Krasnogorsk area in the Moscow region includes the construction of the business centre with the area of more than a million square metres during 2008-2012,” Evgeniy Seryogin, construction minister of the Moscow region, said. According to the official, the construction will start in summer 2008.

Mr Seryogin added that the development plan of Myakininskaya bottomland also included the construction of a pedestrian bridge, a fire department and an office and hotel complex.

The minister specified that it was an investment project. The cost of the construction of the business centre will total \\$64 million.
