 The book “Tax Code of the Azerbaijani Republic. Interpretation of a special part” was published in May 2008 under the support of “AtaHolding” OJSC and “AtaBank” OJSC. Natiq Shirinov the head of the Department for the Internal Audit of “AtaHolding” OJSC, and  the Chairman of the Audit Committee of “AtaBank” OJSC is the author of the book.

 The Tax Code gained force on January 1, 2001. Each year, tens of amendments and additions have been included into the present Tax Code over the past 8 years, thus the emergence of the book on interpretation of the tax legislation became an important event.
