OREANDA-NEWS. May 27, 2008. Long-term Framework Agreement is made between Uchastok "Kocksovy", Inc. and State Agricultural Institute of Kemerovo. To the extent of this Agreement, specialists of laboratory KGSI make evaluation of disturbed lands and take part in recultivation. And the enterprise as a base for scientific research provides students’ positions for practice training. Specialists of the Institute drew conclusions, chose cultures of the trees and tump for pondage, which will fulfill and recover humic layer on the disturbed land. And then the variety of growth exciters and enrichment were recommended. They keep the moistness in the root system and prevent the trees’ destruction during the establishment period. Eight students from Human-Pedagogic Faculty of KGSI have already been making recultivation on the territory 5.7 ha. Young people set birches. In June new grass will be sown between poles. It will help to prevent erosive processes, allusion and aeration of soil. In 2008 in the whole, forest plantation is planned on the territory 10 ha and pondage will be made on the territory of 14 ha.
