OREANDA-NEWS. On 26 May 2008 was announced, that JSC Far Eastern Energy Company has become the laureate all at once in three nominations of All-Russia industrial competition “Organization of the high social effectiveness in electric power industry”.

The competition was organized by All-Russia industrial union of electric power industry employers (RaEl) jointly with All-Russia ElectroTrade Union, and took place from 11 February and 25 of April 2008.

44 enterprises of the energy industry through out Russia took part at the competition. During the competition the participants had to introduce full package of documents on social activity, including questionnaires, social projects concept presentation as also complete confirmation of the projects implementation.

The tasks of the Competition included signification of the companies’ positive experience in the field of social- labor and economic relations, promotion of the activity in the sphere of employees communication, perfection of the criteria for estimation of personnel interaction, social-labor relations development, as also activation of the information exchange between the companies of the industry.

By results of the competition JSC FEEC was honored to get the most of the competition places:
* The best energysales organization of the high social effectiveness
* The best practice of empoyer-employees relations building among electric power companies * The best report on company’s sustainable development in compliance with international standards of the public social reporting.

"The fact that our company successes in social politics have been distinguished at all- Russia level speaks that the work implemented by JSC FEEC in the sphere of the social projects and personnel relations building is indeed effective. But the most important is to have our beneficial, social and sport projects to be visible not only for the members of the jury but also for those in the interests of whom this work is being implemented – our consumers Company’s employees,” said the Chairman of the Board, Director general of JSC FEEC Victor Myasnik.

"All the projects of JSC FEEC are worth to be distinguished. What else is important is that the company not simply implements the separate projects by directions, but carries out the well-planned and effective work in accordance with internal social activity concept of the company.

Besides that JSC FEEC is the only company in the industry on the basis of which Sport company exists, said Director General of RaEL Oleg KULIKOV during the ceremony of awarding.

100% DDC of JSC FEEC - JSC Far Eastern Generation Company and Far Eastern Distribution Grid Company were also awarded with diplomas.

The ceremony of the companies- participants of the competition took place on 14 of May in Moscow.
