On 26 May 2008 was announced, that the Board of Directors of OJSC "RTS" recommended the Annual general shareholders meeting scheduled for June 25th, 2008 to approve dividend payments on ordinary RTS shares for the year 2007 in the amount of 4,73 RUR per ordinary share. Thus, the total dividend to be paid by OJSC "RTS" for the year 2007 will comprise 7 567 995,27 RUR.

In accordance with RTS dividend policy not less than 10% of the net profit is to be paid out in dividends.
