OREANDA-NEWS. On 23 May 2008 was announced, that the Agency for Political and Economic Communications (APEC) has produced its scheduled influence-based ranking of entrepreneurs and top managers in Russia's fuel-and-power sector for May. Alexey Miller, Vagit Alekperov and Sergey Bogdanchikov are the leaders as before. President for “Transneft”, Nikolai Tokarev takes the ninth position as last month.

In commenting the ranking, APEC notes that “Transneft’s” top management led by Nikolai Tokarev shows the oil companies, the investment banking professionals and the regional authorities its awareness of the problems related with the ESPO project with the evident aspiration to solve them in dialog mode with all concerned.
