OREANDA-NEWS. On 23 May 2008 was announced, that International Exhibition for Welding, Cutting and Related Technologies Welding-2008 is hold on May 21 2008 - May 24 2008 in Lenexpo.

For over 30 years International Specialized Exhibition "WELDING" in St.Petersburg has been the main branch exhibition for manufacturers and users of welding equipment, accessories and materials in Russia, CIS and Baltic countries as well as an acknowledged International Forum of Welders.

St.Petersburg is one largest scientific, engineering and cultural centers of Russia and entire world. Leading sectors of industry in St.Petersburg are ship-building, power plant engineering, transport, metallurgy, power industry.

Owing to a great importance of St.Petersburg and North-West region for Russian economy, to availability a high industrial, scientific and engineering potential, St.Petersburg has rightfully become the place where the largest in Russia "Welding" exhibition is held.

By tradition, "Welding" exhibition in St.Petersburg is a meeting-place of leading Russian and international manufacturers of wel-ding equipment and materials as well as expert welders.
