OREANDA-NEWS. May 23, 2008. The presentation of “Azov City” gaming zone to be situated in Tscherbinovski district of Krasnodar region will take place on May 30th in Krasnodar. Over 600 representatives of domestic and foreign gaming business will participate in it.

In addition, there are applications from a large group of major development companies. “Such an interest to the presentation is naturally determined as “Azov City” gaming zone is a unique opportunity for business representatives to be the first in building casinos, slot halls, theme parks, beaches, hotels, restaurants, fitness centres and other facilities along the Azov coast,” believes the senior vice governor of the region Alexander Remezkov.

At the forum, the investors will see the general plan of the gaming zone, the layout design, and the schemes of engineering and transport infrastructures. But the highlight of the presentation will be the announcement of the tender on leasing land plots for building facilities of “Azov City” gaming zone, which will start as of June 1st, 2008.

As soon as in August the construction equipment will start working at the plot of the initial gaming zone development, by which time all project works must have been completed. By July 1st, 2009, the Kuban authorities guarantee, the development of engineering network of the gaming zone`s first stage will have been finished.
