OREANDA-NEWS. May 23, 2008. In accordance with the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan the Ministry of Textile Industry of Turkmenistan is to conclude the contract for design and construction of a two-storeyed building of a fashion house and two shopping centres in Ashkhabad, improvement of the adjacent territory, construction and joining of pipelines and networks to the total sum of US\\$ 6.095,000 including VAT with Turkish Cotam Enterprises Ltd. In accordance with the Resolution the construction works are to be started in May 2008 and completed in December 2008.
