On May 20, 2008 EURASIAN NATURAL RESOURCES CORPORATION PLC, common shares of which are traded in the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) category "A" official list, informed KASE that on June 11, 2008 will be held its shareholders annual general meeting, reported the press-centre of KASE.

On 12 May 2008 the Company posted to its shareholders the Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2007, Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held on Wednesday 11 June 2008 and Form of Proxy relating to the Annual General Meeting 2008.
