OREANDA-NEWS. On 22 May 2008 was announced, that JSC “IDGC of Centre”’s share capital as at March 31, 2008 equals 4,221,794,146.80 roubles and is divided into 42,217,941,468 ordinary nominal shares with a par value of 10 kopecks.

As at 31.03.2008 JSC “IDGC of Centre”’s share capital had the following structure: 4.68% of shares owned by physical persons, 1.81% owned by legal persons, 93.21% owned by nominal holders, and 0.29%- by beneficial owners.

The largest shareholders as at 18.04.2008 are: JSC “RAO UES of Russia” (50.23% of placed shares), Deutsche Bank AG (15.15%), Citigroup Global Markets Limited (5.31%).
