Subsidiaries of JSC "IDGC of Centre" Won the Industry Competition
OREANDA-NEWS. On 22 May 2008 was announced, that Russian National Industry Association of Electric Power Industry Employers (EPIE Association) and Russian National Electric Power Trade Union have held the next industrial competition "Organization of high social efficiency in electric power industry".
Two subsidiaries of JSC "IDGC of Centre" - "Kostromaenergo" and "Lipetskenergo" - became winners in the nomination "The best network organisation of electric power industry of high social efficiency".
"Kostromaenergo", a JSC "IDG of Centre" subsidiary, was awarded a silver cup and two diplomas: the diploma of the finalist in the nomination "The best practice of forming relations with workers in the electric power industry organisation" and the diploma for promulgation of the open social report in 2007 at the industrial competition "Organization of high social efficiency in electric power industry". The subsidiary presented the program and materials in conformity with JSC "IDGC of Centre"'s policy of the personnel social security.
"Lipetskenergo", a JSC "IDGC of Centre" subsidiary, won the third place in the competition.
Besides, one of key partners of JSC "IDGC of Centre" - JSC "Corporate Service Systems"- became winner in the competition "Organization of high social efficiency in the electric power industry" in the nomination "The best energy service organisation of high social efficiency".
This year 45 organisations of electric power industry took part in the competition, 23 of which are network companies. Participants of competition included member organisations of the Association and organisations that took obligations on performance of the terms of the Industrial tariff agreement in the electric power industry of the Russian Federation for 2006-2007.
The competition was held on several nominations:
- "The Best Generating organisation of electric power industry of high social efficiency";
- "The Best Network organisation of the electric power industry of high social efficiency";
- "The Best Power Sales organisation of high social efficiency";
- "The Best Power Service organisation of high social efficiency".
The nomination "the Best practice of forming of relations with workers in the electric power industry organisation" was established as a separate nomination, uniform for all participants of the competition.
The purpose of carrying out of the industrial competition "Organization of high social efficiency in the electric power industry" is to help gradual development of electric power organisations and socially responsible approaches to forming of relations with workers.
During the competition the participants shared positive experience in the sphere of sociolabor and economic relations connected with them, activization of the activity in the sphere of interaction with workers, development of criteria for estimation of the efficiency of interaction with the personnel, developments of sociolabor relations, optimisation of information exchange between the industrial organisations. The best experiences in the sphere of sociolabor relations at the Russian national and international levels were also presented.
"The victory in so significant competition of JSC "IDGC of Centre"'s subsidiaries that deliver the uniform social policy of the company proves that we on the right way,"- the adviser of General Director of JSC "IDGC of Centre" Victor Lutskovich noted. Having received on behalf of "Lipetskenergo", a JSC "IDGC of Centre" subsidiary, the diploma and a cup of winners, the Head of the Affairs Management Department Irina Tupikina said, "Considering that at that time JSC "Lipetskenergo" entered the EPIE Association in 2006, and in 2007 for the first time took part in a competition and received prize-winning places, we have received acknowledgement of efficiency of the pursued personnel and enterprise social policy. This victory has given us stimulus to development of the achieved results and further development of sociolabor relations, now within the limits of the uniform operating company "IDGC of Centre."
The assistant to General Director on information policy and organizational issues Aleksandr Verzun noted that Corporate Service Systems's victory in this competition speaks about the powerful role of the Company's social policy which, first of all, is focused on care for the personnel, building up of harmonious relations with workers and public organisations representing their interests.
