OREANDA-NEWS. On May 15, 2008 Annual general meeting of shareholders of “UkrSibbank” took place in Kyiv, reported the press-centre of UkrSibbank.

Alongside with other decisions it was resolved to approve the results of placement of the Bank’s shares for the amount of UAH 930 mln (nine hundred thirty million hryvnias) and make relevant amendments to the Bank’s Charter. Upon termination of certain registration procedures the capital of the Bank will make up UAH 4,005 bln.
