OREANDA-NEWS. On May 15-17, 2008, students and professors from Russia’s leading gas industry higher education institutions (Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas, Tyumen State Oil and Gas University and Ufa State Petroleum Technological University) undertook a study trip to Gazprom’s production facilities in Orenburg. Participating in the trip were 150 people (50 students from each university). The delegation was comprised of excellent students whose specialties are core for Gazprom.

The students visited the production facilities of Gazprom dobycha Orenburg – gas processing and helium plants, a booster compressor station at the Orenburgskoye gas and condensate field as well as social facilities of the company.

In the course of the trip the students met with the heads of Gazprom dobycha Orenburg, who told about the company’s activities and answered the students’ questions.
