For position of the Director of Naberezhnye Chelny CHP was appointed Azat Ilgizovich Mazitov (born in 1964, work experience in power system – over 8 years, majored in the power plants, networks and systems, within the last years headed the fuel service of the JSC " Generation Company". He will replace at this responsible position Sergei Malofeevich Tyuklin as he was transferred to position of the Deputy Director of NCh CHP. The new manger was introduced by Deputy General Director – Technical Director of JSC "Tatenergo" Ilgizar Gayfullin.

The acting Director of Urussu thermal networks will be Ravil Gabdrauhovich Shaygardanov, (born in 1960, professional university degree, work experience in power system – over 20- years) former Chief Engineer of the company. The former head of "Urussu Thermal Networks" Ravil Kamilevich Abdulhakimov (born in 1956, work experience in power system – 33 years, professional university degree) was transferred to position of Chief Engineer of JSC "Naberezhnye Chelny Thermal Network Company".

These replacements are aimed at "upgrading " the staffs composition through the young active managers of the new formation, grown in production and "generated" by industry itself. If the prospective industry development requires urgent refurbishment and the brand new progressive technologies, its reforming and joining the severe market conditions require innovative solutions and efficient management methods.
