OREANDA-NEWS. On 21 May 2008 was announced, that Sergey Emdin, who previously worked as General Director of OJSC Irkutskenergo, has been appointed General Director of LLC EuroSibEnergo. 
 
Andrey Konovalov, who previously worked as First Deputy General Director of OJSC Irkutskenergo, has been appointed General Director of this Company.   

The Board of Directors of the both companies  passed these resolutions in the 14 and 16 May meetings.
 
Now, Vladimir Kiryukhin, who earlier combined the positions of General Director in LLC EuroSibEnergo and LLC En+ Development, will concentrate on En+ Development. Under his leadership, the Company will be developing the power business of the Group and implementing new power projects (in particular, Greenfield and M&A projects).
 
Making comments on these crucial replacements, General Director of En+ Group Vladislav Solovyev said, “These new recruitments are aimed to develop the power business of the Group. The major power investment program of En+ is to include, in addition to the modernization of OJSC Irkurskenergo and Krasnoyarsk HPP power plants to enhance their reliability and efficiency, the Company’s participation in new projects, as well as   expanding engineering services.  En+ is interested not only in Russian partners but also in partners from Russia’s neighboring states and from Eastern Europe”. 
 
Biographical Data
 
Sergey V.  Emdin  was born on 20 May 1971 in Leningrad. He graduated from St. Petersburg State University (Geography and Geo-Ecology Department, Economic Geography specialized department),  US Kansas University (Business Administration School) and  Harvard Business School. He has a Business Administration Master degree, a PhD- in- Economics degree. He worked as an analyst and a consultant in the Mc-Kinsey Company  (St. Petersburg, Moscow), as the first Deputy General Director of OJSC UAZ, and then he held leading posts in  the Severstal Company’s automotive division group. Starting from December 2002,  he was  Executive Director of OJSC Irkutskenergo, since October 2005 -  General Director of OJSC Irkutskenergo. 
 
Andrey P.  Konovalov  was born on  6 November 1958 in the Nikolayevskoe village in the Chita region. In 1981, he graduated from the Institute of Civil Engineering in Leningrad (Industrial and Civil Construction).After one-year scientific probation in 1982, he did postgraduate studies in the same institute. In 1986, he defended a master’s thesis. In 1986 -1988, he was involved in scientific and pedagogical activities. In 1988 – 1995, he worked as Chief Engineer, then as General Director of the production enterprise “Energoindustria”. In 1995 – 1998, he worked as General Director of a non-state pension fund of OJSC Krasnoyarsk HPP. In 1998- 2008, he was First Deputy of .Economics and Finance l Director of OJSC Krasnoyarsk HPP.  He has a МВА diploma in Finance (power company risks management) from ANE under the Government of the Russian Federation. Starting from 2008,  he worked as  First Deputy of General Director of  OJSC Irkutskenergo  - Economics and Finance Director of OJSC Irkutskenergo.
 
Vladimir A. Kiryukhin  was born on 11 November 1956. In 1979,  he graduated from the Higher Naval College of Radio Electronics named after A.S. Popov. In  1987,  he graduated from the All-Union Institute of Inter-industry Information as a postgraduate.

In 1994-1996  − Head of International Settlements Department at the Commercial   Bank   “Alternativa”. Since 1996  - Vice-president of ТОО ТТF  Istok. Since 2000 - Commercial Director of CJSC MAREM+. and in the same year - Head of Structural and Technical Development Department at Energy Department of OJSC Russkiy Alyuminiy Management. In 2001, he was appointed Director of External Relations Department of LLC EuroSibEnergo. Since 2003  -  First Deputy General Director of LLC EuroSibEnergo . Since 2007  - General Director of LLC EuroSibEnergo .

V.A. Kiryukhin is a member of a of RF State Council working group dealing with coal development state policy issues, a member of Disputes Commission at the Supervisory Board of NP Administrator of Trading System, an expert of the Federal Tariff Service of RF, an expert of the Federation Council Commission on natural monopolies, an expert of the Industry, Transport and Communication Committee, an assistant of the RF Federation Council member.
