On 21 May 2008 was announced, that Dmitry Zinkov, chairman of the Board of OTP Bank, became a winner in the prestige nomination of the financial rating of the popular Ukrainian weekly "Business" is "Banker of the year". This rating was formed on the basis of the anonymous questioning, conducted by edition among the top managers of the largest banks, insurance and fund companies, and also officials, affecting direct influence on the financial markets of the country.  

"Market participants marked Mr. Zinkov quite fairly. Only for a year he succeeded to increase the retail banking network three times - to 120 branches, saving the high dynamics of a growth of basic indicators of financial institution" - a newspaper "Business" writes.
