On 20 May 2008 Credit-Rating, a nationally recognized credit rating agency in Ukraine announced that it will assign a credit rating to Dnepropetrovsk-based Ista-Centre CJSC with Foreign Investments (`company`). The company`s principal activity is production of rechargeable and disposable batteries. In the course of analysis Credit-Rating will consider company`s financial statements and its other inside information.

A credit rating assigned to an obligor (entity) indicates its capacity to timely and in full meet its commitments on obligations. In the view of a rating`s level, investors may assess investment risks associated with the purchase of Issuer`s bonds.
