On May 15, 2008 Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC (Almaty), the listed company of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided to KASE the copy of issue prospectus of its bonds KZPC3Y03C492 (KZIKb18, KZT1, KZT5,0 bn.; 01.12.07 - 01.12.10, the semi-annual coupon 7,50 % APR; 30/360), reported the press-centre of KASE.

The mentioned changes were registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Markets and Financial Organizations (AFS) on February 14, 2008 and have the editorial nature.

The mentioned issue of bonds is the third under Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC bonds program, registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Markets and Financial Organizations on March 11, 2007, to the total amount of KZT50,0 bn. under number N49, and the eighteenth issue of the company's bonds listed on KASE.
