OREANDA-NEWS. On 19 May 2008 was announced, that JSC Akciju komercbanka Baltikums (Latvia) signed the agreement with Invalda AB (Lithuania) regarding acquisition of 100% shares of IPS Finasta Asset Management (investment management company registered in the Latvia) and regarding sale to Invalda AB 100% shares of IPAS Baltikums Asset Management (investment management company registered in the Republic of Latvia).

Management of investment funds of IPAS Finasta Asset Management will be transferred to IPAS Baltikums Asset Management, which already manages 3 investment and 2 pension funds.

Deal will be closed when all permissions of supervisory institutions are received and other actions are completed.
