OREANDA-NEWS. On 19 May 2008 was announced, that expecting the final of Champions League, Moscow International Airport Domodedovo will host around 100 charter flights and business aviation flights with football fans on board, coming from England between 19 and 21 May. In total Domodedovo will welcome more than 20 000 fans, most of them support “Manchester United” football club. The football players of this club will also arrive in Domodedovo tonight.

English fans can pass quickly though passport and customs control with passport and ticket for the match, thus no visa is required. Charter flights schedule was planned to assure the quick and comfortable passenger service.

Charter program and additional passenger traffic will not influence the performance of scheduled flights and the quality of service for passengers in Moscow International Airport Domodedovo.

To provide enhanced security, additional teams of Special Police Forces officers will be working in Domodedovo.
