OREANDA-NEWS. On 19 May 2008 MVK announced Days of China at the International Calligraphic Exhibition Presentation.

The Chinese impact to the project gains momentum. After the visit of Alexey Shaburov to Shanghai and gathering more participants there, the exposition of the International Calligraphic Exhibition was added by the new shufa works. All the comers could enjoy the calligraphic masterpieces on May 14th during the project presentation.

A famous Chinese calligrapher Chang Wang-Fu stole the show that day. He pulled out all the stops by his unique skill “Ming Shu”. In a “calligraphic rage” to the strains of Chinese music and in the odour of oriental fragrances master Chang Wang-Fu was writing with his eyes closed. His act sparked a furor and caused many interviews and dozens of questions. In acknowledgement of such a warm welcome mister Chang Wang-Fu gave a master-class and let the interested children touch this beautiful art.
