OREANDA-NEWS. May 19, 2008. AG Bank JSC plans to launch the Mobilbank service this month. The agreement has been signed with the operator, Azercell Telecom LLC. The service will let the customers obtain information about their bank accounts, operations, etc. and pay for mobile telecom services and electricity by their mobile telephones 24 hours day and night. To join the system, one should apply to Azercell and receive a special SIM card. The connection will take two days.
