OREANDA-NEWS. On May 15, 2008 Interros has closed the deal on acquisition of a 50% stake of M. Prokhorov in KM Invest, reported the press-centre of Interros.

Under the terms of the deal KM Invest sold 27,5% of Open Investments to Onexim and terminated its participation in Soglassye Insurance Company.

Thus, after consolidating 100% of KM Invest shares, Interros now controls a 30% stake in MMC Norilsk Nickel, about 30% in Polyus Gold, more than 30% in Open Investments, approximately 40% in Rosbank, 100% in Prof-Media and other assets.
