Heads of Federal Agency for Management of Special Economic Zones A. A. Alpatov "the Mercury-club", held under the chairmanship of president of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Russia took part in a regular session E. M. Primakova .

Following persons took part in the work of the session: representatives of Administration of the President of the Russian Federation, federal agencies, heads of the subjects of the Russian Federation, businessman.At the session the problems were discussed of effectiveness of priority directions of Russia's economic development, condition and the inducements of significant growth of labour productivity.
