Kazakhtelecom Made New Numbering to Some Regions
OREANDA-NEWS. On May 08, 2008 Kazakhtelecom JSC (Almaty), securities of which are traded in the official category "A" list of Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE), provided KASE with the press release, saying, reported the press-centre of KASE:
May 16, 2008 at 03:00 a.m. there will change o international code and transition of network of Ekibastuz and Ekibastuz region of Pavlodar oblast to new 6-digit plan of numeration. The new order of number dialing to Ekibastuz and Ekibastuz region of Pavlodar oblast will be the following 8-718-7
In the current international code 71835, fixed at Ekibastuz and Ekibastuz region of Pavlodar oblast, number recourse of subscriber capacity of local telecommunication network makes 70 th. numbers.
For the current period, 90% of numbering space have been used. With the aims of further development of telecommunication network of Ekibastuz region on 6-digit plan of numeration, in accordance with adopted decision of Agency of Information and connection of Kazakhstan republic (AIC RK). The international code 7187 is fixed at Ekibastuz and Ekibastuz region, the
current international code 71835 is deduced from exploitation at the basis of AIC RK order #120, dated April 7, 2008.
The international dialing of Ekibastuz and Ekibastuz region of Pavlodar oblast is:
The old order of dialing: 8-718-35
The new order of dialing: 8-718-7
The numeration of subscribers of Ekibastuz region of Pavlodar oblast, included through network by means of satellite system DAMA, remains unchanged:
- Tortkuduk village (718 42) 95100 - 95199;
- Koktobe village (718 42) 95300 - 95399.
After transition the current numbers of subscribers of Ekibastuz region of Pavlodar oblast are changing in the following order:
718-7 - for current networks of Kazakhtelecom JSC;
718-7 - for expansion of networks of Kazakhtelecom JSC;
718-7-2 - for networks of other communication statement;
718-7-39 - for rural telephone networks of Shiderty, Bayet, Zelenaya rosha, Tortuy, Akkol, Tay, Sarykamys, Shikyldak, Beskauga villages.
