On May 13, 2008 Colliers International in the Baltics and Belarus has made a remarkable investment in tools that are setting the international standard by introducing Argus software in its offices across the Baltics and Belarus. Argus software is a set of computer programmes, which institutional investors widely use for simulating expected property performance, property forecasting, and property valuation. It is a comprehensive lease-by-lease analysis tool for valuating income-producing real estate, reported the press-centre of Colliers International.

In May 2008, the Colliers International valuation team started using the new valuation DCF module for income generating property.
