OREANDA-NEWS. On 13 May 2008 was announced, that according to the rating of Dilovy magazine, Ukrsotsbank mortgage loans recognized as one of the two most favourable offers on the Ukrainian market.

Having studied offers of the 15 leading banks according to the Ukrainian National Mortgage Association (UNIA) the Dilovy magazine decided to clarify the situation on the mortgage loans market. The editorial dealt with the conditions of loans for 10 and 20 years. According to the study, Ukrsotsbank has the most favourable conditions for mortgage loans in UAH and USD, it took the second and third rating places respectively.

"Mortgage is our star product – comments on the results of the rating Deputy Chairman of Ukrsotsbank, Iryna Kniazeva. - Having general agreements with the broad range of companies-developers we are a leader of lending in the primary market. Our bank is rapidly expanding its share on the individuals crediting market, including mortgages. The share of mortgage loans and mortgage on bail in the total loan portfolio of individuals makes about 70%".
