On 13 May 2008 was announced, that according to the Agency of Republic Kazakhstan on statistics, in January-April, 2008 has been made an industrial output in established prices for 3271,6 billion tenge, that to a level of January-April, 2007 has made 103,5 %. Growth of volumes of manufacture was observed in all regions of republic, except for Karaganda (94,5 %), Akmolinsk (97,3), Kyzylorda (98,3 %) and Kostanai (98,8 %) areas, and also Astana city (86,8 %) and Almaty (91,4 %)
