Aktobe Oil Equipment Plant JSC (Aktobe), shares of which are included into the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) category "B" official list, notified KASE that on May 26, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. local time it will hold its shareholders special general meeting, where will be considered the issue on selection of a auditing company for audit of the company's financial statement for 2007, reported the press-centre of KASE. 

Shareholders meeting will be held at: Aktobe, 42zh, 312 Strelkovoi Divizii Ave.

In case of the quorum absence the repeated shareholders meeting will be held on May 27, 2008 at the same time.
