OREANDA-NEWS. May 11, 2008. Kazakhstan Petrochemical Industries JSC (Almaty), shares of which are included in Kazakhstan Sock Exchange's (KASE) category "B" official list, informed KASE by the official letter that by the initiative of Exploration Production KazMunayGas JSC, being the big shareholder of the company, date of prescheduled general meeting holding was postponed from April 29 to May 20, 2008, reported the press-centre of KASE. 

The only question of the agenda is inclusion of changes and additions to the charter of the company and confirmation of its new edition

The mention meeting of shareholders takes place at 11:00 o'clock by the address: 38 Tulebayev str., Almaty.

In case of quorum absence the repeated prescheduled meeting of shareholders takes place on May 21, 2008.
