The branches of the Povolzh’e and Volgo-Vyatka Directorates have been integrated in the Privolzhsky Federal Okrug, and, on the basis thereof, a Privolzh’e Directorate has been established with head office in Nizhny Novgorod. It includes the following branches: N. The Privolzh’e Directorate will be headed by Mr. Vladimir Parshakov, also holding a position of the Deputy CEO of ROSNO.

The branches controlled by the Eastern Siberian and Middle Siberian Directorates have been integrated in the Siberian Federal Okrug, and a Siberian Directorate has been established with head office in Novosibirsk. Just as before, the Ural Directorate will continue to be led by Ms. Tatyana Kazakova.

The Southern Directorate with head office in Krasnodar has not been subject to any changes, and continues to control the following branches: Astrakhan, Volgograd, Krasnodar, Dagestan, Pyatigorsk, Rostov, Sochi, Stavropol, Adygei-ROSNO, Vladikavkaz, Grozny, Ingushetia-ROSNO, Kabardino-Balkarian, Cherkessk, and Kalmyk. Its director is Ms. Alexei Ulanov.

The company’s regional structure changes will not affect the total quantity of ROSNO’s branches and will make it possible for the company to continue improving customer service quality in compliance with the uniform standards throughout Russia.

"We hope that the large-scale restructuring related to consolidation of regional directorates and adjustment thereof in accordance with the boundaries of the federal okrugs will improve the company’s regional performance. The company’s regional operational management centres located in key cities of the federal okrugs will enable the branches to achieve closer interaction with the okrugs’ business and social infrastructure. ROSNO’s business in these regions will also expand through the efforts that we have made in selecting highly qualified management teams for each directorate", comments on these changes Mr. Dmitriy Popov, First Deputy CEO and Executive Director of ROSNO.
