OREANDA-NEWS. May 11, 2008. The Kemerovo-ROSNO branch has been admitted to the non-commercial partnership "Ipoteka Kuzbassa", uniting mortgage market players operating in the Kemerovo Region, including real estate agencies, banking institutions, mortgage brokers, etc, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

The non-commercial partnership "Ipoteka Kuzbassa" was established in 2007. Today, it performs the functions of a representative of the Kemerovo Regional Mortgage Housing Loans Agency and the European Trust Bank. The purpose of its operation is to improve affordability of mortgage loans for the Region’s residents and actively participate in the development and implementation of the government housing policy and the national project "Affordable and Comfortable Housing for the Russian Citizens".

According to the head of the Kemerovo-ROSNO branch Mr. Artem Sychev, membership in this professional organization will enable the branch to take part in building civilized real estate market, including development of standard practices, train mortgage brokers, review disputes, and, most importantly, promote ROSNO’s mortgage insurance programs.
