OREANDA-NEWS. May 08, 2008. It is proposed to use the 240 million roubles to reconstruct 19,51 km of the overhead contact network on the stretches between Slyudyanka - Angasolka, Bolshoi Lug - Podkamennaya and Khinguy – Khudoelanskaya, reported the press-centre of Russian Railways.

Furthermore, in order to improve safety, traction substations on the main line will be equipped with the latest devices, which are equipped with modern blocking systems to prevent human error.

Such equipment has already been installed at the Novoilinskaya traction substation, while the Angasolka substation is currently being refurbished. It is also planned to supply new devices for the Oblepikha and Slyudyanka traction substations.
