OREANDA-NEWS. On May 05, 2008 shareholders of LOCKO-Bank have fully paid in a total of RUR 600 million for the fresh share issue, reported the press-centre of LOCKO-Bank.

The existing owners acquired pro rata portions of these newly-issued additional shares equal to the relative percentage of shares owned prior to the issuance.

The structure of beneficial ownership remained unchanged. New shares are expected to be registered by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation in the nearest future.
